Video Game Sites

Let's face it, this site sucks. I don't know why you even came here. I don't know why people keep coming here. I don't even know why I maintain this site other than the fact that I get too many complaints when I take it down. So, fine. Go away! In fact, here are some sites to go to. I'm even including calls to take you completely OUT of my site.

I hope none of these sites are linking back to mine as I think it would be too embarrassing for them to want to link here.

Video Game Retailers

These are a few sites I have purchased used video games through. I recommend these sites if you want to purchase video games via the Internet. Some of these places also buy and sell new and used video games. Some do trades, or trade-ins. There are many companies out there, but these are the ones I have done business with.

I have been very pleased with the response and business-like attitude of these companies. As such, they are the FIRST place I look whenever I want to buy a video game.

  • Triangle Video Games
This company does NOT spam. They do place regular ads in appropriate newsgroups to attract attention. They sell used systems as well as games. The two titles I purchased were previously rentals, but were intact and in excellent condition. Earthworm Jim 2 even had the original poster! I wasn't expecting that. I am very happy with the results.

  • Emerald Isle Games
I made a usenet posting, and within hours I received a response from this company. Two more emails later that evening and the deal with secured. I like their attitude and friendliness. Their new web site is still under construction, so please be patient with them. If you must, send them an email with your requests, they'll respond quickly.

  • The GameStation
Very quick response from the the owner of this company. They are quick to respond to inquiries and quick to take the orders, and are very personable. If you don't see what you're looking for, you can inquire online. They can take orders online, but I didn't want to give out my credit card information online. I purchased Konami's International Superstar Soccer for N64.

  • Video Game Advantage
Please do not take advantage of this individual. He was ripped off and was forced to accept payment via money order in advance only. This REPUTABLE person has information to help you prevent getting ripped off, as well as links to other sites. This person also has a really extensive collection of "classic" gaming systems, so if you're looking for something old, he might just have it. I did a trade/purchase with this individual, and I would do business with him again.

  • BUY-RITE Video Games
While not much on customer service, or even manners, they often have the LOWEST prices on video games, ranging from domestic to import. My personal level of satisfaction with them is low and they will probably not be getting repeat business from me.

  • Tronix
Very courteous service and very quick to respond. I definately recommend them. Sure, you pay a little more but it is certainly worth it. Large selection of domestic and import titles. Lots of shipping options, both FedEx and UPS to name a few.

  • United Game Source
Like Tronix, these folks are friendly and very responsive. Placed order on a Sunday, package arrived on Wednesday. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices and selection. They ship via FedEx only so you'll get your package on time.

National Console Support: If you're looking for information, they don't have a whole lot of it. They do offer a fairly good selection of domestic and import titles and systems at some fairly good prices. Lots of shipping options. Online shopping system could use a little work, but overall seems pretty good.

    Other Game Sites

Tired of my lack of selection? Well excuse me for not being a zillionaire and buying every game and every system and every game for every system. Explain to me why I'm expected to support games I don't have, systems I don't have, and games for systems I don't have. Not finding what you're looking for? Well, then leave, you won't hurt my feelings. I've been trying to tear down my site for ages, but I get too many complaints when I do, so I leave this site up to decrease the complaints.
  • Game Sages
Tips, tricks, cheat, hints, walk-thrus and all sorts of other stuff you're NOT going to find here. Probably one of the absolute BEST places for codes for just about any system ever made. Includes tips for old systems, Mac, PC, arcade and more. This is where I go to get codes.

  • Ultimate Sega Codes Site!
Well, perhaps ultimate is a tad too strong, but they sure do have more stuff than I do for Sega systems. So, rather than bug me for stuff you KNOW I don't have, why not try this place out? Sure, they are missing some things I do have, this person actually makes an effort to maintain his site, while I try and neglect mine as much as possible.
