Microprocessor and Memory
Here is a some what zoomed in picture of the microprocessor and the memory. You can clearly see both 128MB PC-100 non-buffered DIMMs. To the right of the memory is the microprocessor, an Intel Pentium III Coppermine at 800Mhz, 100Mhz FSB. The CPU is in the F-PGA(Flip Chip) design and is mounted on a Slot 1 adaptor. The heat sink and fan is the one included with the CPU as this was an Intel boxed set, so I have the 3-year warranty. To the left of the CPU's location is the socket 370 for a CPU. This logic board can only use one CPU at a time, and anything in the 370 socket will be the active CPU. In the case of this logic board, the CPU will not work in the 370 socket although it will fit in there. That is why the Slot 1 adaptor was used.

Other items that are clear to see are the two fans on the far left. These are 80mm case fans. On the right you can see the ribbon cables for SCSI, IDE, and even the floppy drive and U-DMA 66 IDEO cable. Above is the bottom of the 300 watt power supply and at the bottom is the back side of the ATI Rage Fury 32MB 2X AGP video card. This is not a terribly exciting picture.
