Playing cards?
The 2Cool PC Plus is obstructing most of the view, but ain't that a cool looking device? It is taking air from the bottom front case fan's intake, then helping push it up by the CPU and cool the cards as well. This is a great device, easy to install and works fantastic. While the case is perhaps overcooled, I would prefer to have things too cool than too warm or hot.
From this view, we can clearly see the ports of the cards installed. Top to bottom:
